This is a new mineral to me and I haven’t had much success finding information about it but this is a Blue Chalcedony with a few little Modernite formations. This has a stunning coral formation and definitely gives sea vibes. This piece measures roughly 8.1cm long, 4.1cm wide & 2.3cm high.
