What's the hype with Amber?

Amber is a fossilized tree resin that has to be a minimum of 40 MILLION years old to be classified as Amber. Younger is called Copal and can often still be sticky! How amazing is that? 

Whilst most people are familiar with the Cognac coloured Amber (dark orange), it can also naturally occur in Green, Yellow, Dark Cherry Red and the rarest is Blue! The little inclusions you see inside have been trapped there since the time of dinosaurs and you're lucky, there may be a little bug! (Not guaranteed)
