This planner sheet is intended for everyone but made with ADHD in mind. It is jam packed with helpful little sections to help you have a better & more organized day.
This planner sheet includes:
- Daily intentions & affirmations. I love starting my day with this as it often gives me a simply yet such an effective positive boost to start my day. The daily intentions allows me to set upmy goals for the day and the affirmations often give me the boost to do it!
- What I want/need to do. I often find that when struggling to prioritise my tasks, I tend to lean more towards what I want to do, rather than what I actually need to do. By separating them I allow myself to work my important tasks and reward myself with the things I want to do.
- A section each for water intake, meals & snacks. I can go for hours without stopping for a drink and normally I don't drink enough water. By seeing how little I do get, it helps me do better the next day. A common issue with ADHD is also forgetting to eat so by keeping track of this it will hopefully serve as a reminder to stop & eat! You can also see if, like me, you're guilty of filling in the snack boxes first. These flower markers can be ticked, but they have been left white so you can also colour them in!
- Household chores. I do advise that if you have a really large to do list, you break it down into a few things to do each day to give yourself a little boost for the rest to come. It also helps make it more manageable. Chores are for cleaning, paying bills etc'.
- Daily reflections. How was today?
- A place to 'brain dump' all of the notes you need to remember but don't necessarily need to be thinking about right now
- Todays steps. Extremely handy to make a note of if you want to track how much you do over time. Also, if you don't often get out for walks, you can be very proud of yourself when you put your number in here! Take the little wins!
- Exercises. I don't often do it, but when I do I very quickly forget what I've done. This is a handy place to keep track of what you're doing. Even 1 thing is better than none!
